DO NOT UPDATE! The new interface still works (mostly), but the unchangeable background is horrendous and the fact that the iPad menu bar no longer disappears in full screen means I can no longer see my computers menu bar, which is a big pain. Definitely downgrading to the last version to make the app useful to me again.

Works flawlessly to connect me to my Mac Mini. One of the few apps I dont regret buying. If people dont like the iOS 7 look they should not update to iOS 7 on their device and remain on the previous version. I dont like the fact I cant get the latest stability improvements unless I go back to the iOS 6 look.

This app is alright with vnc, vnc over ssh, etc. But RDP (via ssh or just RDP) keeps freezing the app, and usually crashes it, beginning to think it was not worth the $3.99 for RDP.

I spend about 30 dollars on this and I didnt get any benefit of it, nothing works, Im so disappointed of buy this app, also because they ask you to buy other things so that the "can work better" but nothing make difference.

The "brand new redesign" is yet another sloppy mess, but whatever. This gets the job done, which is more than I can say for the competition. If you want pretty, Screens looks a lot nicer, but its a usability nightmare, so despite the terrible design and the minor bugs that will never be fixed, Remoter is probably the one you want.

For remotely controlling my media centre iMac Ive found Remoter VNC to be the most Apple-like experience. If you like Screen Sharing or ARD youll enjoy using Remoter VNC. Wish List - WAN support, a la Back to my Mac.

Intuitive and simple to use. Dont bother with anything else. Get it now.

Brutal app, might have good reviews, but extremely poor instructions/support. Im computer literate and got it working once in 10 hours and it hasnt worked since. Was trying to do screen sharing between my iPhone and Mac.

I can connect to my computer at work wether Im in Canada or Mexico.

Ive tried a few other VNC apps out there. They all fall short of this one. Works well on my ageing 3G which is nice (others kept crashing). I also bought the ssh add-on so I can now remote in to my works servers and restart any apache/mysql servers, or check on vitals without having to bring out the clunky laptop. Brilliant! ---- Update: Been using this with my 5 for awhile now. What a great app. I use it regularly without issue for years. As a developer having ssh access on your phone is invaluable. Ive restored a network outage from my phone before. Now thats handy!

Works as advertised with minimal fuss and no client required on the Mac end, just what I wanted!

Just plain confusing. Couldnt get a connection going and the user interface is so bad that my eyes were bleeding. Get the real thing: Screens VNC. Comes at a hefty price but believe me it is worth it!

I dont know anything about computers, and I could connect to two macs during breakfast in literally 2 minutes. Fantastic "for dummies" look and feel. Definitely worth the money!

Quick, easy, awesome. You must download the server app for your computer (which Ive never tried), or know how to setup vnc on your computer. Works great on ppc macs also (g4 12" 1.33ghz PowerBook)

Since iOS7 update the bugs are rampant and now with iOS9 it is almost unbearable. Have to find a new VNC program...

Used to be a great app... But the original dev has stopped producing minor updates and bug fixes for both this and the desktop versions on a regular basis - 1 in a whole year! I would believe them if they produce some regular updates and bug fixes for the products before I can recommend it. DO NOT BUY. CAVEAT EMPTOR! There are still bugs in these apps and they are not reliably plugging them and getting feedback.

Doesnt work as described. This App works like a dream if you are on the same WiFi network but doesnt work at all if you are at a remote location. So if Im at home I can access my computer just fine. But when I go to work, I cant access the computer with this app at all. This makes the app completely useless. The whole point is remote access. If Im in my home, near my computer, I can just get up and use it and dont need this App. Times when Im away from home and need remote access to my computer is when this App would be perfect. Looking forward to the day when this works the way the description says.
