Useful app. Use it frequently.

Tried lots of vnc and rdp apps this is all I use now. This is hands Down the best, it is as easy as any of the other apps, as I never use the wizard (noobs)

Very good app to loss you money, complicated, no connection at all, slow, its totally sh•••t.

I followed their instructions, installed even the desktop client, and it tried to get more $$$ from me and never worked.

After trying out lots of different VNC apps, I found this one and am very pleased with it. Its easy to set up, works very fast, and has lots of excellent, thoughtful features (ie the trackpad overlay and on-screen cursor-click locator). And judging by the devs website & forums, its quite well supported. Most other VNC apps are either free (and you can tell because they are hard to use, have a bad UI or lack features) or at least $5 (if not $10-30 and have way more features than most people would ever use). This one, for $1 at the time got it, is really nice.

Thought I might give the remote desktop app a try because of the price, no clear instructions on set up for your computer, well other then the spend more money for easy setup option, fooled by in app purchases once again

Works a treat. I use the VNC, telnet, and ssh clients, and they are solid implementations. The developer, Raf, is very responsive to criticisms and feature requests. Ive docked 1 star as some of the dialogs are a bit awkwardly laid out (especially in landscape), and dont scroll right. And the help is a bit difficult to navigate. Although the manual is listed for an older version, its still very good. For those of you who have difficulty connecting to your machines — networked computing is hard, even for grizzled systems programmers with graduate degrees in computer science. If youre having problems connecting with this app, its 99% likely to be an issue with your network thats the issue, and not this app. Buy your local computer tech wizard a beer or treat them to a movie or dinner.

A nice holistic solution to remote access in general. But sometimes after switching apps and putting this in the background, when coming back, all i get is a grey background with the applogo on the bottom right.

For $4 plus $1 for SSH youve got a pretty solid VNC and SSH client all in one. The app detected my VNC and SSH servers automatically (OS X 10.8) and preconfigured everything except my password. The configuration screens arent very pretty but they work. Its crashed once or twice but seems solid overall.

This is a fantastic productivity boost for connecting remotely with a heterogenous collection of machines. RDP, VNC, it all just works. There are many times when I can quickly do a 1 minute admin fix from my iPhone or iPad on the go. No need to travel with a laptop anymore. Love it!

I loved this program until I installed ios 6. It no longer works.

Used to detect my computer automatically however the newest version doesnt do it anymore. Setting your computers IP manually works though and even wakes my 5 ear old iMac from sleep over wi-fi! For $1 this is an extremely powerful app especially since you dont have to instal any 3rd-party software on your computer(although they do have the option but when I tried it I think waking from sleep didnt work probably because its supposed to only work over ethernet). I rarely use my computer anymore Im constantly waking it to download torrents and streaming to my PS3 and then putting it back to sleep. My favorite, most used app on my iPad by far.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this app because a lot of critical features are in-app purchases but Im glad I took the chance. I VNC over SSH using privatevkey authentication so shelling out $4 to get this was quite reasonable. The app works well and is as full featured as any VNC client on any platform though the UI could stand to gain some improvements.

Need to keep looking. This doesnt work well at all.

This app works great, lots of good functions, and easy to use. Easily allows me to connect to a Remote Desktop.

This app worked once beautifully once and I could not get it to work again. I am very disappointed.

I needed an app to control my computer (with screen mirroring) from my ipad elsewhere in the house.remoter does what I need very well.

I almost use this program daily to control my Mac on other floor of the house. It is a great program.

This app was ugly before iOS 7, now its horrendous. The dev should have taken more time to redesign the interface instead of just making a few views transparent. The app is functional, but I now prefer to use VNC Viewer just because of the clean design.
